Facilities
The training facilities are already complete and staff quarters nearing completion. The first thing the visitor notices, indeed all travellers on the M6 get a quick view too, is the five furlong gallop (1000m), with an all-weather Polytrack surface that enables us to work horses in most conditions.
There is a grass gallop alongside with hurdles and jumps available. From a flat start there is a climb of some 20m vertical over the last two furlongs (400m) before flattening at the top.

Horses are housed in three American style barns giving a covered working area for staff with plenty of fresh air and space for 16 horses in each, all with an outside window.
There is a fenced and floodlit 50 x 100m schooling arena with an all-weather surface and jumps which can be used for loose schooling.
There is also a sand ring used for turning-out horses under supervision. They love to have a roll after work.

There are two programmable 6-horse horse-walkers, each with sufficient width for horses to turn and repeat their exercise turning the opposite way.

|

There are 20 fenced paddocks, 17 of them with field shelters, so that horses can be routinely turned out daily during training as well as when out of training.

There are dedicated washing boxes and a weighing box for monitoring horses' progress.
